We connect prospective tenants with landlords who offer apartments, houses, and other residential properties for rent.<\/p><p class=\"font-semibold mt-2\">RentWise:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside ml-4 space-y-1\"><li>Does not own the properties listed on our website.<\/li><li>Acts solely as a mediator between landlord and tenant.<\/li><li>Provides a platform for housing listings and handles tenant applications.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-semibold mt-2\">RentWise is not responsible for:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside ml-4 space-y-1\"><li>Decisions made by landlords<\/li><li>The final acceptance or rejection of tenant applications<\/li><li>The content or accuracy of property information provided by landlords<\/li><\/ul><\/section><section><h5 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-primary mb-4\">2. Tenant Applications<br \/><br \/><\/h5><p class=\"mb-4\">When responding to a rental listing, tenants must provide personal information and upload a mandatory screening report.<\/p><div class=\"ml-4 space-y-4\"><div><h6 class=\"font-semibold text-primary\">3.1 Mandatory Screening Report<br \/><br \/><\/h6><p>To ensure reliability and fairness, RentWise only accepts screening reports issued by:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside mt-2 font-medium\"><li>The Screening Company<\/li><li>RentalCheck Pro<\/li><li>Capita Screening<\/li><li>CheckRight<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"mt-2 text-sm italic\">Applications without a valid report from one of these four independent parties will not be processed.<\/p><\/div><div><h6 class=\"font-semibold text-primary\">3.2 Accuracy of Information<br \/><br \/><\/h6><p>All information you submit must be accurate. RentWise is not liable for decisions made by landlords based on:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside mt-1\"><li>Incomplete applications<\/li><li>Incorrect information<\/li><li>Missing screening documentation<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div><h6 class=\"font-semibold text-primary\">3.3 No Guarantee of Acceptance<br \/><br \/><\/h6><p>Submitting an application does not guarantee:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside mt-1\"><li>Approval by the landlord<\/li><li>A viewing invitation<\/li><li>Completion of a lease agreement<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"mt-1\">The landlord makes all final decisions.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section><section><h5 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-primary mb-4\">4. Property Listings<br \/><br \/><\/h5><p class=\"mb-2\">RentWise publishes property listings provided by landlords. While we strive for accuracy, RentWise:<\/p><ul class=\"list-disc list-inside ml-4 space-y-1\"><li>Does not guarantee that listings are error-free<\/li><li>Is not responsible for outdated, inaccurate, or incorrect property information<\/li><li>May update, modify, or remove listings at any time<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"mt-2\">Availability may change without notice.<\/p><\/section><section><h5 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-primary mb-4\">5.
