Why Landlords choose RentWise ?

RentWise relieves landlords of administrative burdens and offers its services at a lower cost than any other rental service provider.

Once a match is made, RentWise charges a small fee to the landlord and a one-time low fee of € 175 to the tenant, regardless of the rental price and duration.

Three Submissions a month

You may submit multiple applications per month, up to a maximum of three per Screening Report issued by the selected screening provider. Provided that the Screening Report remains valid within 30 days from the date of screening.

The landlord will determine the next steps, which may include requesting additional information or sending you an e-signature agreement. Once you have signed the e-agreement, you may also receive an invoice from RentWise for the fee of 175 Euros.

There is no need nor is it allowed to contact RentWise for the status of the decision by a landlord, as it acts purely as an intermediary.
